Refund & Return Policy

The following provisions are set out in the One More Global Master Distributor Agreement (Section 7 — Retail Sales, Orders, Returns & Chargebacks). Where a market-specific rule or mandatory consumer law applies, that law prevails.

Return Policy

Unless a market-specific rule or mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, Distributor product returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of purchase only if products are unused, unopened where applicable, and in original condition. Approved returns receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund of the eligible product price, excluding charges not required to be refunded by applicable law.

Used Products

Used products are not eligible for return unless mandatory law requires otherwise or the Company expressly approves an exception in writing.

Refund Impact on Compensation

Any refund, cancellation, return, refused delivery, payment reversal, or chargeback may cause reversal of related sales volume, commissions, bonuses, ranks, and qualifications.
